Open you
image in Photoshop
Create a new
layer above background layer and name it halftone or anything you like
Fill the new
created Layer with white
Edit – Fill
When fill
box appear use White Color
Grab rectangle
marquee Tool and draw a rectangle inside the halftone layer
Then fill
the rectangle with black, outer rectangle will be white and the inside
rectangle will be black
Click on
CTRL+D to deselect
Apply
Gaussian Blur
Filter –
Blur – Gaussian blur
Set blur as
you desire, the more blur you set the more amount of halftone
Set blending
mode to Scree then you are done
As simple as
that
